Kindergarten

Kindergarten at St. Paul's is a full day program.  Students are in session from 8:00am - 2:30pm.  Kindergarten students are taught English language arts, math, science, social studies and religion by the homeroom teacher daily.  Kindergarten students are also offered PE (twice a week) and library,  technology, and music classes (once a week).

Kindergarten students learn on the 1st floor of the school building.  There is a teacher and a part-time aide working with the students.  Milestones for this class include: getting to know their three-story building, getting nightly homework, working 1-1 on tablets, learning to write (stroking out letters properly), beginning a three year reading program called Superkids, and being paired with buddy students 4th and 8th grade.
