School Organizations

St. Paul's Parents Group
The St. Paul's Parents Group serves to enhance the quality of our children's education by working with the school to provide intellectual, social, spiritual and financial support and encouragement. Parents comprise the membership. Officers include a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month (during the school year) at 6:30 pm in the Music Room. Parents are encouraged to attend these meetings to keep abreast of the various issues and events affecting the school community. The St. Paul's Parents Group organizes many activities each year, including the Family Picnic, Chevy's Nights, Teacher Appreciation Day, and Family Bingo Night. Not only does the Parents Group coordinate fundraisers, but it also provides a support system for St. Paul's parents with distribution of information on educational and enrichment activities for both parents and students. For the Parents Group Mission Statement, please follow this link.

Athletic Board
The Athletic Board oversees and coordinates the St. Paul Parish Athletic Program. This program has organized team sports for boys and girls beginning in 3rd grade, in conjunction with the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO). Student athletes are drawn from both the St. Paul's school and parish communities. Current sports offered include boys' soccer, girls' volleyball, both boys' and girls' basketball and co-ed baseball. The Athletic Board membership is comprised of: four officers including president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer; one parent representative per class from 3rd through 8th grades; an athletic director for each individual sport, and a parish-at-large representative. The Athletic Board administers uniforms, handles CYO fees, assists in maintenance of the St. Paul's gym and sports equipment, and conducts some fundraising activities. The Athletic Board meets at 7:00 pm on the second Wednesday of every month (excluding July) at the St. Paul's Parish Rectory.

Please contact the school office for more information.

St. Paul's Youth Choir
St. Paul's Youth Choir is open for all students and youth in the Parish who are in 5th through 8th grades. It's a wonderful partnering of children in the school and parish communities. The Youth Choir most often sings at the St. Paul's Sunday mass at 9:15 am. They also sing for a number of special masses throughout the year, including the Blessing of the Animals in October, and the Christmas Pageant at Christmas Eve mass. Rehearsals are held on designated Wednesdays after school in the Music Room, and also on designated Sunday mornings after the 9:15 am mass. The St. Paul's Youth Choir also has performed at various city-wide events including the Glen Park Festival and special masses held at St. Mary Cathedral.

Parish Organizations
In addition to school organizations, the broader St. Paul's Parish community is affiliated with many organizations, including the Men of St. Paul, the Women of St. Paul, the Youth Group, and others. More information regarding the parish organizations may be found in the Community Life section of the St. Paul Church websit
