St. Paul's School

St. Paul's is a Catholic school for children from Kindergarten through eighth grades for students coming from all parts of the city and Bay Area. Our attractive building at 29th and Church Streets in San Francisco's Noe Valley neighborhood has one classroom per grade. Most classes average less than 30 students, with full-time para-professionals assigned for grades K-2 and part-time para-professional in grades 3-4.

In July 2016, St. Paul's School was awarded the highest accreditation—six years—by WASC, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and WCEA, the Western Catholic Educational Association.

St. Paul's offers an education that prepares students to become active Catholic Christians, life-long learners, responsible community members and effective communicators. The K-8 curriculum includes: religion, math, reading, language arts, science, social studies, Spanish, computer education, music, physical education, and art. St. Paul's School offers a full-day Kindergarten program.

With spacious classrooms, our school is large enough to accommodate several new students per grade. In addition to nine regular classrooms, our school has special rooms for art/fine arts, science, and extended care. There is also a technology/library center and a beautiful gym/parish center.

Students may purchase a hot, nutritious lunch provided by SchoolFoodies.

The school has an after-school athletic program for students in 3rd–8th grades that is coordinated by the parish with oversight by the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO).

The school offers an extended care program on a full-time, part-time, or drop-in basis on school days. Contact us for more information about our extended care program or with any other questions about our school, curriculum or programs. Parents who are interested in looking at St. Paul's in action may attend a school tour led by the principal on Wednesday mornings at 8:30am. The classroom observations are by appointment only. Please know we adhere to all safety protocols and tour availability may change as a result.
